Approach

Face-to-face and/or remotely, I will accompany you with benevolence and unwaivering commitment

By guaranteeing you a confidential framework that takes your ecosystem into account – with no hidden agenda – you can reveal yourself, be authentic and transparent. At the beginning of each session, you set your session goal. You will be fully engaged in seeking your answers and willing to broaden your perspective. Between the sessions, you will test action plans agreed upon during the session and begin to initiate your desired change.

Individual coaching to reach your next milestone

15 hours to 20 hours | 6 months approximately
  • Frame and align with the overall objectives to be achieved by the end of coaching during a three-part meeting (N+1/ HR, coachee and coach)
  • Walk together towards the set course: 9 coaching sessions from 1h30 to 2h, every 2 or 3 weeks (coachee / coach)
  • Retracing the path and looking towards the next steps: Coaching review with (N+1 / coachee and coach)

Collective coaching to go further together

With two or more coaches: for 6 to 9 months, by half-day sessions every 4 to 8 weeks
  • Frame and align with the overall objectives of the mission and sign the contract (team leader and coach)
  • Individual preliminary interviews between coach and each member of the team (45 mins)
  • Journey together towards the set course: half-day or full-day coaching sessions (team member and coach)
  • Commitment of the collective in the coaching and confirmation of the overall objectives of the mission
  • Coaching around identified projects
  • Retracing the path and looking towards the next steps (team manager and coach)

With a double Frenco-Italian culture, I am both a Vice President of Human Resources and an Executive coach.

I graduated from HEC and Bocconi, and for 15 years I have been evolving in international professional contexts: after a first experience at Danone in finance in London and Paris, I joined the Essilor Group in HR functions in France in the role of VP HR Europe and finally as VP  HR for the global integration of the EssilorLuxottica Group. Now, I am dedicated to coaching. 

I enjoy navigating  in a complex and uncertain world, and I have learned to develop multicultural teams and  confront my loneliness sometimes, as a leader.

 I bounced back from a serious illness by accepting the unexpected.

The work life balance to reconcile my professional life with three young children was sometimes a real challenge, and I stayed the course because my job revitalized me.

I followed – and was certified-  the HEC Global Executive Coaching Program in 2021 to get to know myself better and support talents, teams and organizations in a different way. I am also MBTI certified and trained in systemic approach.

I have personally benefited from individual coaching three times in my career, at each important job change. These coaching experiences have clearly helped to accelerate my career and be more aligned to take on new challenges.
