Now, I am dedicated to coaching.\u00a0<\/p>\n I enjoy navigating\u00a0 in a complex and uncertain world, and I have learned to develop multicultural teams and\u00a0 confront my loneliness sometimes, as a leader.<\/p>\n \u00a0I bounced back from a serious illness by accepting the unexpected.<\/p>\n The work life balance to reconcile my professional life with three young children was sometimes a real challenge, and I stayed the course because my job revitalized me.<\/p>\n I followed \u2013 and was certified-\u00a0 the HEC Global Executive Coaching Program in 2021 to get to know myself better and support talents, teams and organizations in a different way. I am also MBTI certified and trained in systemic approach.<\/p>\n I have personally benefited from individual coaching three times in my career, at each important job change.
